Espadín 750ml

Espadín, the most widely cultivated mezcal agave variety, takes approximately 5 to 8 years to fully mature and develop its optimal flavor profile. At every stage, from planting the seedling to the moment of bottling, we hold a deep reverence for the process and approach each step with utmost care and intention. It takes roughly 10 kilograms of fresh espadín to produce one liter of mezcal. The piñas can weigh on average between 100 to 200 kilograms.
